This rosemary infused juice helps lower cortisol levels that causes stress and anxiety, Wash and rinse everything thoroughly and cut off any damaged sections or tough ends. For best results use the largest pieces of fruits and vegetables that will fit into the feeding chamber.

Ingredients
  • 1 red beet, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 celery rib
  • 1 Granny Smith apples, halved, cored and cut into chunks
  • Large handful of kale or spinach
  • ½ tablespoon of rosemary leaves
  • 1 lemon, peeled
Instructions
  1. Wash and rinse everything thoroughly and cut off any damaged sections or tough ends.
  2. Juice kale first then add the beet, berries, celery, apples, rosemary leaves and lemon.
  3. Consume within 24 hours
